1. The Booking
Your contract is with Within & Around India Travel Experiences (WAITE). A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your acceptance/confirmation in writing with advance deposits. It is considered by us that you have carefully studied our itinerary, tour cost and specific terms and conditions outlined while confirming the tour with us.
2. Deposit
Upon confirmation/acceptance of the tour, a deposit of 25% of the tour cost per person along with 100% of domestic/international airfare, be paid to WAITE. This may vary if the tour is during peak tourist season or black-out periods.
3. Payments
All payments can be made to Within & Around India Travel Experiences, by Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit Card or Electronic Money Transfer. There will be a surcharge of 3% if you make the payment by credit card – which will be added to your total invoice cost. For booking which are made within 14 working days of the commencement of your tour, the full amount will become immediately payable.
4. Balance
Once the acceptance/confirmation of the received, a Proforma Invoice will be sent, along with our Bank Details for advance deposit. The balance of the payment must be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Any booking made within 14 working days of the commencement of the tour will be considered as last-minute booking for which the full and final payment is required at the time of acceptance/confirmation. Failure to pay the deposits within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the booking, and in payment of a cancellation fee as detailed below.
5. If you cancel your Tour/Trip
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your tour/trip, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by WAITE. The person who accepted/confirmed the tour/booking must also send the cancellation in writing. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel/service providers, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

6. If you change your booking
If you amend any part of your trip after confirmation, there will be a corresponding change in the tour cost. Also, if you prepone or postpone the trip, while all efforts will be made by WAITE to avoid any charges, it may not always be possible and the difference in cost will have to be paid by you.
7. Liability
The company does not own or control hotels, transport or other facilities/services mentioned in the itinerary/tour. We are an operator of the trip and, therefore, cannot be held liable:
a) Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
b) Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
c) Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
d) Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
e) Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.
We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organisation maintains standards and provide services that are acceptable to the clients/travellers. The information within this website have been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
8. Complaints
We do our best to give clients/travellers on any of our trips/tours, an enjoyable and trouble-free holiday but occasionally plans may go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your WAITE Tour Manger/assigned staff at the of the incident/dissatisfaction, who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company, in writing, of the same within 3 days of the conclusion of the tour. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and resolution of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and WAITE shall be governed by Jurisdiction of Delhi/India.
9. Passports & Visas
To travel to India from overseas countries, except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, all travellers must have a passport valid for six months from the date of conclusion the booked/confirmed tour and a valid Visa. Processing charges for Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
10. Health
Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel on our trips and if a person/traveller is found under such conditions will be asked to leave the tour and travel back home on their own their own expenses.
11. Early Check-in / Late Check –out
Please note that standard Check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours (IST). Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and at the full discretion of the hotels. However, early check-in and check-out can be guaranteed by paying the cost of an additional night.
12. Extra Uses of our Vehicle
The usage of vehicle/transport/driver is restricted to the itinerary/programme confirmed. Additional usage of transport or transport at disposal will attract additional charges.
13. Rights to amend the itinerary if required
While all efforts will be made to provide you services as per the confirmed itinerary, there may circumstances where we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the rights to make such changes keeping in mind the safety and wellbeing of the client/travellers.
14. Surcharge
The Price of your tour/travel arrangements are subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, increase in airfare and any changes in taxes levied by the government. While all efforts will be made by us to absorb the increase in cost, if the amount is exceeding 2%, the same will be levied from the client/traveller.
15. Our Liability
WAITE accepts the liability for those arrangements of your trip/tour, which are wholly within our control which include negligence of our agents or employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control where we do not accept any liability.
We will not be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused;
Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, meals, transport or any services to the client or for any person travelling with him or her howsoever caused. Within & Around India Travel Experiences are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports, epidemic, pandemic and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
